When you contact us about the tour, we will provide you with an itinerary based on current "real-time" availability and pricing information we receive from hotels and airlines. The rate and availability of hotels and flights may change until your deposit is received through our secure form. When we confirm your reservation, all rates, hotels, and flights are guaranteed.

If a change in your itinerary is required after confirmation, we will definitely contact you and suggest an alternative option that you may accept. Flight bookings are generally the most common example; because the airline can occasionally modify flight schedules or routes especially for advance purchases.

When you booked your trip with Aphelios Travel agent, we'll need a 30% down payment to finalize all of your reservations. We use 256-bit SSL secure form located in our website to allow you to send your credit card information safely. After we receive your deposit, we will confirm all of the details of your itinerary and send you a travel voucher within 3-5 business days, along with flight tickets and other information.

The remaining amount can be paid at any time before your arrival - or you may pay it after visiting Cappadocia with us during your travels. We take all major currencies, as well as Visa and MasterCard in our office.

To finalize the travel plans, we'll need your international flight information as well as your complete names according to your passports in order to get the flight tickets.
